组合逻辑电路中竞争冒险的分析

摘要 竞争冒险可影响电路功能甚至破坏整个电路正常运转。其产生原因包括:门电路开关电平的时间差和门电路延迟时间。竞争冒险可通过逻辑函数判断,逐级列出电路真值表及试验方法进行检查。采用加选通脉冲,加封锁脉冲,函数式简单变换/增加冗余乘积项,输出端并联电容等手段以消除竞争冒险。 The function of a circuit is influenced by competitive adventure and even the operation of the whole circuit is destroyed by it. The interval between on/off levels in a gate circuit and the delay time of gate circuits is resulted in by competitive adventure. Competitive adventure can be detected by a circuit’s logical function, listing the truth table of circuit in sequence and testing the circuit. The methods of exerting gating pulse and blocking pulse, transforming function of a circuit, and adding redundancy product term, parallel connection capacitance at the output terminal etc are applied to eliminate competitive adventure.
