The entry of non-obstacle to the foreign capital retail enterprises intensifies the competition in the retail market in China. Only through persistent and effective innovation in aspects of management conception, retail model, competition strategy, management system, service system and organization learning, will the Chinese retail enterprises find the best way out in the competition.
