摘要
在凯氏法测定农产品中蛋白质的含量时,以金属氧化物ZrO2的纳米粉末为催化剂代替传统的混合催化剂(K2SO4∶CuSO4∶Se)后,进行消煮,测定其含氮量,其变异系数CV小于5%,回收率测定值在95%~105%之间,说明测定结果重复性好、稳定、准确度高,在农产品蛋白质的测定中具有良好的催化效果,可以用于农产品中蛋白质的测定。
In the protein determination of primary products using the method of nanometer powder of ZrO2 are used to substitute for the traditional mixed catalyzer K2SO4∶CuSO4∶Se. Determine its nitrogen content after a slake boiling. That its variation coefficient CV is under 5% and its recovery rates are between 95%~105% indicate nanometer powder of ZrO2 has a better catalysis in the protein determination of primary, while the accurate result, stable data and good recurrence could prove it.
