Research progress on lysophosphatidyl derivants in storage of agricultural products

摘要 介绍一种天然脂类──溶血磷脂衍生物,它在促进果实成熟的同时能够保持果实的硬度,延长货架期。围绕国内外对溶血磷脂衍生物在农产品上应用的研究进展进行阐述,并提出存在的问题和发展趋势。 A naturally occurring lipid-lysophosphatidyl derivants(LPE) was introduced in this paper. It could retain fruit rigidity and prolong the shelf life during accelerating the ripening of fruit. Research progress on lysophosphatidyl derivants in agriculture products reported by scholars throughout the world was summed up, the question and developing trend was put forward.
