正交试验法优化绿茶中茶多酚的提取工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用正交试验法优选出了绿茶中茶多酚提取产率的最佳工艺条件为:①95%乙醇提取1.5h,用等量氯仿萃取2次,最后再用等量乙酸乙酯萃取1次。②要得到茶多酚含量高的最佳提取工艺条件应为:95%乙醇提取1.0h,用等量氯仿萃取3次,最后再用等量乙酸乙酯萃取3次。这些结果,为改善茶多酚的提取方法提供了实验基础。 The extraction of tea polyphenols was investigated with orthogonal test method. The results show that the optimum conditions for extracting tea polyphenols from green tea are as follows: (1) For productivity of tea polyphenols, extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution, extraction time is 1.5 hours, extraction number with chloroform is 2 and extraction number with CH_3COOC_2H_5 is 1.(2) For content of tea polyphenols, extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution,extraction time is 1.0 hours, extraction number with chloroform is 3 and extraction number with CH_3COOC_2H_5 is 3.The results has supplied with experimental basis for improving extiaction method of tea polyphenols.
