寻常型银屑病表皮细胞中bcl-2、Fas、p^(53)蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨bcl-2、Fas、p53蛋白在寻常型银屑病(psoriasis,PS)患者皮损中的表达。方法采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫组化法(SP法),检测30例PS患者皮损及10例正常皮肤组织中bcl-2、Fas、p53蛋白的表达。结果(1)bcl-2蛋白在30例PS表皮角质形成细胞(keratinocytes,KC)中均呈阴性表达;有26例部分黑素细胞(melanocytes,MC)和浸润的淋巴细胞呈阳性表达, 表达强度为1级(P>0.05);10例正常皮肤组织中基底细胞呈Ⅰ级阳性表达。(2)Fas蛋白在3 0例PS中有26例呈阳性表达,其中3例呈Ⅰ级表达,8例呈Ⅱ级表达,15例呈Ⅲ级表达(P<0.01);而10 例正常皮肤组织均为阴性表达。(3)p53蛋白在30例PS中有12例在棘层、颗粒层少数KC中呈阳性表达,均为Ⅰ级表达(P>0.05);10例正常皮肤表皮棘层、颗粒层KC未见阳性表达,仅在基底细胞有2例呈Ⅰ级阳性表达。结论推测Fas蛋白与寻常型银屑病发病机理可能有关,而p53、bcl-2蛋白与寻常型银屑病的发病机理无显著的相关性。 Objective The investigate the roles of apoptosis-related protein Bcl-2, Fas and p53 in the development and progress of psoriasis. Methods The expression of Bcl-2,Fas and p53 were detected in 30 cases of lesional psoriatic vulgaris skin(LPS) and in 10 cases of normal skin (NS) by using immunohistochemical S-P method. Results There was significant difference of Fas protein expression between LPS and NS(P<0. 01), Fas was revealed positive reactivity in keratinocytes of the basal lay in 26 cases of LPS. In contrast, 10 cases of NS showed Fas negative. No significant difference of Bcl-2 and p53 expression was found between LPS and NS (P<0. 05). Conclusion The expression of apoptosis-related protein Fas is positive result in psoriasis vulgaris and it may be associated with development and progress of the disease. However, the expression of Bcl-2 and p53 may be less important for the initiation of psoriasis vulgris.
