Cai Hesen was not only an outstanding politician, propagandist and theorist, but also an outstanding strategist in the early history of the Party. In his short life of revolution, he probed into the strategic ideas on Chinese revolution and put forward many important ideas, which greatly contributed to the formation of the revolutionary strategic ideas of the Party.
