地方性大学学报与学术转载关系的思考

Thoughts on Relationship Between Local University Journal and Academic Reprinting

任何一所大学都有自己的办学特色与定位,而学报是反映办学特色和学术研究的一个窗口,但由于我国目前作为衡量学报办刊质量的体系尚未建立起来或是没有完善,而以“三大文摘”的转载率为基础进行评估,以致于在学报界形成了“转载情结”。地方性大学面临这种状况,如何处理大学学报与学术转载的关系,从学报特色、学报内稿外稿关系的处理以及学报栏目的相对稳定等进行了分析。

Every university enjoys its own features and position, and as a window the university journal reflects not only its features of running a university but its academic research as well. As the system of quality measurement of journals has not been established or is not perfect in our country at the moment and the current assessment only relies on the basis of reprinting rate of “three major digests”, reprinting complex has been formed in the circle of journal, which the local university journal faces too. This paper analyzes how to deal with the relationship between university journal and academic reprinting, internal and external manuscripts and the relative stability of the journal columns.
