摘要
随着战争的出现,科学技术就始终紧紧地围绕着军事上的应用而不断展开;伴随着科技革命的发生,科技发展比以往任何时候都深刻地影响着战争观念、和平观念、制胜观念。
As the appearance of war, science and technology has been developing unceasingly for applying to military frequently from the beginning to the end. Following the happening of scientific and technological revolution, the development of science and technology has more influence on war strategies, peaceful ideas and subdueing theories than ever before.
