高校教学质量下降原因的对策研究

On the Causes for the Decline of Teaching Quality at Colleges and Universities and the Countermeasures

高校教学质量下降的原因是多方面的,主要有:质量意识淡化,经费投入不足、优秀教师外流、多元文化的冲击、学习与就业不协调的冲击、分配体制欠合理、政策导向有误、课程设置死板、学生文化基础知识参差不齐、师资质量难以满足教学需要。遏制高校教学质量下降的对策有:强化质量意识、改善办学条件、稳定教师队伍、加强人文精神教育、拓宽就业渠道、改革分配体制、完善职称评聘办法、改革课程体系、因材施教、提高教师素质满足教学需要。

There are multiples causes for the decline of teaching quality at colleges and universities. The main reasons are as follows, weakening of quality consciousness, lack of expenditure, job-hop of excellent teachers, multiple-culture schock, impact of incongruity of study and employment, imperfect distribution system, wrong policy guidance, inflexible establishment of courses, different levels of students’ basic cultural knowledge, teacher’s, quality hard to meet teaching’s needs. Countermeasures of preventing university’s teaching quality from dropping are as follows, strengthening quality consciousness, improving the conditions for running a school, stabilizing the teaching team, strengthening humane spirit education, widening the channel of employment, reforming distribution system, perfecting the methods of examing professional title, reforming the course system, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, improving teacher’s quality to meet teaching’s needs.
