单级离心通风机内有叶扩压器与无叶扩压器流场数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on Flow Field of Vaned Diffuser and Vaneless Diffuser in Single-Stage Centrifugal Fan

分别构建了无叶和有叶扩压器的单级离心风机的计算模型和网格的划分,计算模拟部分并分析计算结果,阐明了无叶和有叶扩压器对风机整机性能的影响,及两种扩压器扩压能力的区别。

The calculate model and gridding of single-stage centrifugal fan with vaned and vaneless diffuser is established respectively. Carve up the gridding, calculate the simulation part and analysis the result. The influence of vaned and vaneless diffuser to fan performance and the difference of the ability of two kinds of the diffuser were set forth.
