摘要
根据电化学原理,利用金属结合剂砂轮导电和可电蚀的特性,将电火花加工技术和电解磨削技术有机结合起来,用于金属结合剂砂轮的精密修形。在位动态电火花电解磨削复合精密修形法采用电火花蚀除,电解去除和磨削加工的综合效应,能够低成本、高效率地获得高精度的修整砂轮。在位动态电火花初修形后,砂轮的圆度误差<10μm,修形速度可以达到每小时的去除量0.4mm;在线电解磨削精密修形后,砂轮的圆度误差<1μm;修形速度可以达到每小时去除余量50μm。
According to electrochemistry principle and utilizing the conductivity and the machinability by electrical erosion of metal bonded grinding wheel, this study combined the electricity spark machining with on-site dynamic electrolytic grinding, thus making use of the synthesize effect of spark etching, electrolytic removal and grinding machining, and realized high precision truing of grinding wheel with low cost and high efficiency. The circularity error of the metal bonded grinding wheel is less than 10μm after the elementary dynamic spark truing. The amount to be removed can reach to 0. 4mm per hour. The circularity error of the metal bonded grinding wheel is less than 1μm after the in line electrolytic grinding precision truing. The amount to be removed can reach 50μm per hour.
