电动轮自卸车液压系统能量损耗分析

摘要 通过对电动轮自卸车液压系统的分析,建立系统能量损耗模型,并进行计算仿真,可以得出这种系统的能量损耗主要是单向阀的泄漏损失,单向阀的泄漏流量是影响能量损耗的主要参数,而与蓄能器的容积无关,并且得出系统保压时间为60秒。通过建模、仿真分析,可以在设计这种保压系统过程中,较好地确定单向阀的泄漏特性,为选用元件提供依据。 By analysing hydraulic system of motorized wheel dump truck, the model of energy consumption is set up. The primary energy consumption is caused by leaking of the rebound valve, the leakage flow of the rebound valve is one of the major parameters which contribute energy consumption and the minimum pressure-maintaining time is 60 second. The leakage characteristic of the rebound valve can be established by building the simulation model in the process of designing this kind of hydraulic system, according to which the element can be selected.
