Ceramic-carrier catalytic converter represents the characteristic of higher performance with lower costs. In its application on motorcycle, the improvement performance on its heat shock resistance, mechanical strength, thermal expansion coefficient and encapsulating technology are necessary. The adoption of new ceramic materials, cushion materials, and encapsulating technology shall be the perfect solution.
