摘要
电网质量问题一直受到有关部门的关注。文中提出了一种采用USB2.0高速通信接口和公共交换电话网进行数据传输的分布式电网质量监测系统,对其如何实现电网质量的高精度、高实时性测量和分布式在线监测进行了深入探讨,并阐述了其软件和硬件的具体实现方法。该系统可移植性强,硬件连接灵活方便,有利于对电网质量的监测和集中管理。
A way to remotely monitor the power quality with high precision is presented here. Characteristics of high precision, real-time measurement and distributed online monitoring of the system are discussed. Designs of the hardware and the software are also developed here. The interface of USB 2.0 and the public switch telephone network are used in the system, which make it easy to assemble and transplant data. It is very convenient to monitor and centrally administer the power quality.
