Modification of the Acar-Chausi Continuous-time Integrator Structure

本文提出增加一个匹配 MOS 管作为 Acar-Ghausi 连续时间积分器结构的改进。结果得到偶次和奇次非线性失真的全部补偿,其传输函数与阈电压 V_T 无关,减小了温度和本体影响。

In this paper,the addition of a matched pair of MOS transistors is proposed as a modification to the Acar-Chausi continuous-time integrator structure.As a whole,complete cancellation,both even and odd nonlinearities,is obtained.Ad- ditionally,its transfer function,does not depend on the threshold voltage V_T and it minimizes the perature and body effects.
