面向网络化制造的资源共享服务平台研究

Research on resource sharing service platform oriented to networked manufacturing

为支持网络化制造环境下联盟企业之间的资源共享和协同工作,提出了构建面向网络化制造的资源共享服务平台的技术方案。给出了该平台的功能体系结构,详细分析了网络化制造模式下的资源获取和集成技术、共享资源的网络化和集成化管理技术、基于资源共享的异地企业协同工作技术、基于应用服务提供商模式的网络化制造服务技术,以及基于Web服务的虚拟企业应用系统集成技术等关键使能技术,并通过原型系统的开发和初步应用验证了该技术方案的可行性和实用性。

In order to support resource sharing and collaborative work among allied enterprises in networked manufacturing environment, a technical solution to establish resource share service platform oriented to networked manufacturing was put forward. Supported by shared resources in common data center and with utilization of application toolkits, the platform provided resource integration & management, support for inter-enterprise collaborative work, networked manufacturing service, registration center enabled by Universal Description,Discovery and Integration(UDDI) and maintenance & safety control of shared resources for allied enterprises. Key enabling technologies were studied in detail, such as acquisition and integration of resource in networked manufacturing environment, networked and integrated management of shared resource, inter-enterprise collaborative work based on shared resources, networked manufacturing service technology based on Application Service Provider (ASP) mode and integration of application system for virtual enterprise based on Web service. Feasibility and practicability of the proposed technical solution were verified by the development and preliminary application of a prototype system.
