摘要
目的:应用S3800作为标记源建立结核杆菌抗体的胶体金免疫层析检测方法。方法:用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金,免疫层析检测抗体,ELISA法进行符合率检测。结果:建立的胶体金免疫层析检测方法灵敏度达2mg/L,特异性好,无交叉反应,与ELISA法相比阳性符合率达93.8%,试剂稳定性达6个月。结论:建立的胶体金免疫层析检测方法灵敏度高,特异性好,有广泛的应用价值。
Objective: To develop a sensitive, rapid and simple colloidal gold immunochromatography assay for detecting TBAb in serum. Methods: Colloidal gold was prepared with the tri-sodium citrate reduction method. TBAb was detected with immunochromatography. Rate of coincidence was compared with ELISA. Results: The study has achieved the following initial results: sensitivity of the established method is 2 mg/L, with good specificity, but without cross-reaction; rate of coincidence is as high as 93.8 %, when compared with that of ELISA; and the reagent can be kept as long as 6 months. Conclusion: Gold immunochromatography assay for TBAb is a method that has a wide range of application, high sensitivity and good specificity.
