加强我国健身娱乐业服务的理性思考

Reasonable Consideration of Improving Service of Setting-up and Recreation Industry in Our Country

通过文献资料、走访调查等研究方法,阐释我国健身娱乐业服务概念与构成,并对我国健身娱乐行业的服务现状进行调查。结果认为:目前健身娱乐行业存在服务功能开发不足、服务研究较少等问题,并提出加强对服务质量的认识,建立服务标准等理性思考内容。

By the aid of the research methods of literature, paying-visit-to investigation etc., it clarified and explained the conception and construction of the service of China's setting-up and recreation industry, and made investigation into the status quo of the service of setting-up and recreation industry of our country. The results show that at present, there are such problems as insufficient development of service function, less research on the service etc. in setting-up and recreation industry, and it brings forward the reasonable consideration contents, i.e. improving the understanding of service quality, establishing service standard and so forth.
