创新教育在上海市部分高校体育教学中的实施现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Status Quo of Innovative Education Implemented in P.E. Teaching of Partial Universities and Colleges in Shanghai

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法与数理统计法,对上海市部分高校体育教学中创新教育的实施现状进行调查。结果表明:体育教师对体育与创新教育的结合较为重视,但学生对于此方面的重视程度较低;教师在内容选材上有了更多的自主权,但针对培养学生学习能力方面还有所欠缺;教学方法趋向多样化,但在教学模式与教学评价方面,创新教育的运用还较为欠缺。认为:教学手段新颖,教学内容多样化、现代化及改善课堂教学气氛是有效改善创新教育的主要举措,体育教师应富有创新意识并掌握创新性的教学方法。

With the aid of the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, it made investigation into the status quo of the innovative education carried out in P.E. teaching of partial universities and colleges in Shanghai. The results reveal that the P.E. teachers highly value the combination of P.E. and the innovative education, but the students attach less importance to it; the teachers have more self-determination power in the selection of teaching material contents, but they must do their work better in the training of students' learning ability; teaching methods tend to diversify, but as for the teaching model and evaluation, there exists a deficient in the application of the innovative education. It holds that the novel teaching means, diversified teaching contents, teaching modernization and improvement of classroom teaching atmosphere are the main factors to better the innovative education effectively, and P.E. teachers should have strong innovative consciousness and master the innovative teaching methods.
