摘要
方兴未艾的物流园建设对于保证中国的快速发展是致关重要的,但它的规划频频失误也确实给我国带来了许多新的问题。物流园的规划是一个动态的复杂的系统工程,其存在着大量的非结构化的黑箱问题难以用传统的数学方法(如运筹学、统计学)及系统动力学方法、专家系统解决。本篇文章旨在引入一种新的思路方法即利用神经网络模型对我国物流园的规划进行建模分析,并尝试将该模型用在江西的两个已建、待建的物流园的选址规划评价中,本人非常期盼该模型的建立与使用对规避我国物流园建设的巨大投资风险具有一定的现实意义。
It is vital that Logistics Park Planning will ensure China’s rapid development However, its mistaken construction have brought a lot of new problems to China. Take it into account that Logistics Park Planning is a complicated and dynamical system with a lot of black box problems, so we can’t depend on traditional mathematical method (e.g. Operations Research, Statistics), System Dynamics and Expert System to resolve these problems. In this paper, we will adopt artificial neural network (ANN) to Plan Logistics Park in China and apply its model to two examples in jiangxi. I hope eagerly that China’s Logistics Park Planning will benefit from the model to avoid big investment venture.
