统一协调是综合性专题地图集编制出版中一个最棘手的问题。本文提出以地理底图统一协调图集编制出版中的部分矛盾,并根据图集的专题组合内容提出了编制地理底图的方法和方案.此方法具有超前性的协调特点,对相关部门收集资料和编绘作者原图时避免发生矛盾、保证图集的科学性具有实用价值.

The unity and coordination are quite knotty problems in the course of com- iling and printing comprehensive thematic atlas.This paper points out that part of the problems in compiling and printing the atlas are united and coordinated us- ing base map,and also Points out the methods and schemes on mapping the base map according to thematic characteristics of the atlas.The method has a coordi- nate feature in advance.It possesses practical value while relative departments gather material and make original map.Part of the problems can be avoided and the scientific nature of the atlas can also be ensured.
