摘要
全球化是以民族国家为背景的资本主义全球扩张。资本的扩张和渗透为资本积累提供了必要的条件。现阶段民族国家权力的变化反映了全球资本积累和政治合法性之间的矛盾,是民族国家为推进资本积累而采取的措施。
Globalization is in essence the territorial expansion of capitalism under the support of the nation state. The penetration of capital provides the general condition for capital accumulation. The restructuring of the power of nation state at present reflects the contradictory pressure of global accumulation and national legitimacy, and it is a response of the nation to promote the capital accumulation.
