摘要
对榛属17份试材进行了过氧化物酶同工酶分析,17份试材的过氧化物酶同工酶共出现24条酶带,其在各试材中出现的频率不同,出现频率最高的是Est11、15、19,它们是榛属种质过氧化物酶同工酶的基本特征谱带.不同种间酶谱谱型存在一定差异;杂种的酶谱型与其亲本都不相同,但却能看到来自亲本一方的酶带和亲本没有的杂种酶带,因此,过氧化物酶同工酶分析可以为榛属种质的分类、亲缘关系的研究、杂种的早期鉴定提供依据。
Peroxidase isozymes of seventeen samples of Corylus L.were analyzed.Twenty four bands were found.Each band has different appearance frequency amongthese samples.The bands of Est11、15、19mostly appeared.They were considered to bethe basic feature bands of peroxidase isozymes of Corylus Linnaean. Isozymic zymogra-ma patterns were different from their parents’,but some bands as one of parents‘anddifferent hybrid bands from their parents’appeared for each hybrid species.The analysisof peroxidase isozyme may be used to study the conetic relation and identification,andas the basis of the germplasm of Corylus L.taxonomy.
