摘要
通过对不同参场1~6a生参土的稀释分离情况来看,田间致病细菌Erwiniacarotovorapv.carotovoraDye的密度为1.67×10 ̄8细菌/g,Pseudomonascaryophylli(Burkholder)StarrBurkholder的密度为2×10 ̄8细菌/g,表明人事细菌性软腐病的初侵染源是土壤.从不同地区1~6a生180支健康参根厌气诱发试验结果表明,参根各部位的潜伏带菌率都在40%以上.不同部位的潜伏带菌率存在差异,以芽孢为最高,而且真菌和细菌可以复合侵染,加速了参根腐烂的进程。
Through diluting and isolating of ginseng soil from 1 to 6 years, the re-sults showed that the density of Erwinia carotovora pv. carotovora Dye was 10 ̄7~10 ̄8cfu/g,and of Pseudomonas caryophylli Burkholder was 10 ̄6~10 ̄7 cfu/g.It indicated thatthe priliminary infection and all the parts of ginseng were latently infected by bacteria,The rate of latent infection in every part of ginseng was over 40%,The rates in differ-ent parts varied,the bud was the highest.The fungi and the bacteria could be infectedcomlexly and this made the rot speed up.
