The application of modern educational techniques requires teachers to have higher qualifications. Educational techniques training for teachers in university is not the training for computer operating skills, but the training for application of teaching based on grasping modern educational ideas and under the direction of modern educational views and the idea of teaching design in support of information techniques such as multimedia techniques, network techniques.This article mainly argues about modern educational techniques training for teachers in university.
