摘要
自从委托代理制度被引进我国,其运行机制出现种种弊端:行政性太强,监控弱化,激励约束机制不健全。针对这些弊端,应从三个方面对委托代理机制进行重新构建:一是重构代理模式,使行政性的委托代理机制转向企业性的委托代理机制,二是构造内外监控的权力制衡机制以减少代理成本,三是重新设计激励约束机制,尽量避免代理人的短期行为。
Since the entrusting agency system was introduced into our country, its operating system has various shortcomings: too much administration and less stimulation. On these shortcomings, this paper reconstructs the system from three aspects. One is to reconstruct agency mode, from the administrative system to enterprise system. Another is to construct the balance system from the inner and outer supervisory. Finally it is to redesign the stimulation system, trying to avoid the short-term action of the agents.
