摘要
人才资源是第一资源,人才问题是高校发展的关键问题,目前国内外的人才竞争之战,向高校提出了严峻的挑战。新形势下的高校人事管理工作应做好人才的培养、引进工作,合理地使用人才,从而促进学校事业的发展。
In the development of colleges and universities, human resources are the most important, while talent problem is the key problem. The competition for high-level talents both in China and abroad poses a rigorous challenge to colleges and universities. To promote their development, the personnel management under the current situation should focus on the training and attraction of the talents, as well as reasonable employment of them.
