Being just and honest in personnel placement has great and profound significance in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To employ people with justice and honesty, we must adopt the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly and pay attention to public opinions in selecting and placing people.Meanwhile, we should also lay stress on the cultivation and use of minority nationality cadres, women cadres and non-Party personage cadres so as to improve our administrative ability and realize safeguard and advance the basic interests of the broadest masses.
