摘要
本文通过对当前大学生就业难的现象进行反思,指出大学生普遍缺少职业生涯规划是造成这一现象的主要原因之一,探讨了职业生涯规划在大学生人生发展中的地位和作用,并提出大学生进行职业生涯规划应当把握的几个关键环节。
This passage reflects upon the phenomenon of difficult employment for college students to find a job and points out that this mainly results from their common lack of career design. It also discusses the role and functions that career design plays in their future development and suggests several key steps in their design process as well.
