摘要
选用低毒溶剂做稀释剂,合成了一种在较宽固含量范围,低粘度、贮存稳定的纸塑复合用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。探讨了初粘剂用量、NCO/OH摩尔比、固含量等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,并用红外光谱仪对双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的固化过程进行了表征。结果表明,控制NCO/OH摩尔比值在0.97-0.99之间,主剂与固化剂的质量比为10:1—1.5时,复膜效果最佳,剥离强度最高,且在常温下,经24h即可完全固化;羟基原料/初粘剂质量比为1/0.45时,初粘性最好,剥离强度最大;固含量为30%-50%时,涂胶效果、剥离强度均较好,使用时可根据情况选择。最终产品溶剂低毒,固含量高,粘度低,涂膜光亮、无白霜,粘接性能好,适合于纸塑复合。
A solvent based two component polyurethane paper-plastic lamination adhesive was synthesized, which had lower viscosity and better storage stability in wide containing of polyurethane. The effects of tackifier agent using level,molar ratio of NCO/OH and polyurethane contenting etc on the properties of adhesive were investigated, and the curing process of the adhesive was characterized by IR. The results show that when the molar ratio of NCO/OH is 0.97-0.99 and the mass ratio of prepolymer and the crosslinking agent is 10:(1~1.5),the two-component polyurethane paper-plastic lamination adhesive has best properties and the curing process is completed in 24h at room temperature;initial adhesiveness and peel strength are best when the quality ratio of hydroxyl-containing materials/tackifier is 1/0.45;the coating effect and peel strength are both batter while the containing of polyurethane is in 30%-50% and any of them can be selected according to the case. The final polyurethane lamination adhesive is low-toxic solvent, better bonding property, more bright lamination,no 'hoar frost'and suitability for paper-plastic lamination.
