摘要
研究并制备了一种耐高温、电绝缘的硅橡胶自粘带。合成了含特种元素的聚合物作为增粘剂,这种增粘剂用于硅橡胶中提高了硅橡胶自身粘接性能。另外采用耐热添加剂和辐射硫化技术实现了硅橡胶的耐高温及电绝缘性能。这种自粘带在拉伸条件下互相缠绕后具有融合在一起的特性,可在250℃长期使用,短期耐300℃。
The self-fusing silicone rubber tape with high-temperature resistance and electrical insulation and its manufacturing are introduced in the paper. A polymer containing special element as a tackifier is synthesized, and the tackifier can be used to improve the self-fusing properties of silicone rubber. In addition,the silicone rubber endowed with high-temperature resistance and electrical insulation by the technology of irradiation vulcanization. The tape has a characteristic of being fused into an integral after winding each other in tension. The tape can be used at 250℃ for long term. It can withstand high temperature at 300℃ for short term.
