Experimental Investigation on Sewage Treatment of No.1 Integrated Unit of Tahe Oilfield

塔河油田一号联合站(塔一联)稠油污水具有粘度大、油水密度差小、乳化严重等特点,它的回用与外排具有一定的难度。通过实验室和现场试验研制开发的破乳剂和混凝剂,强化了除油效果,减轻了过滤系统的负荷,处理污水达到了注水水质指标。

Because of the characteristics of highly viscosity,small density difference between water and the oil,and severe emulsification of thick oil sewage of Tahe oilfield,it is difficulty treated.This article introduced that, by using of de-emulsifying agent and coagulant developed through the experimental and field testing,the effect of oil elimination enhanced,the burden of filtering system has been eased,and treated sewage reached national criteria.
