Culture,as the eXteriority of human being's intrinsical energy,is an important social productiVity,and at present it infiltrates into economy and politics,having become the powerful motive force of the development of society.Advanced culture is a fulcrum of the a11— round and free development,and advance of intrinsical energy of human being.
