胱抑素C在肝硬化失代偿伴腹水病人中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨胱抑素C(Cystatinc,Cysc)在肝硬化伴腹水病人中测定的价值。方法对46例肝硬化伴腹水的病人,分别测定血清胱抑素C及血清和尿肌酐、24h尿量、身高、体重,并计算出内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),分别用两种方法测定出肾小球滤过率,当Cys C>1.22mg/L或Ccr<80ml/min·1.73m^2时界定为肾小球滤过率的下降。结果应用胱抑素c测定出肾小球滤过率下降的病人为32.6%,应用内生肌肝清除率测定出肾小球滤过率下降的病人为15.2%,二者下降率相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论胱抑素C为一种更为敏感的肾小球滤过率的标志物,且检测方便,在肝硬化失代偿伴腹水的病人中能较早地反映出肾小球滤过率的下降.在肝硬化失代偿腹水的治疗中及肝肾综合征的防治中具有指导意义。
