Talent resources are the capital resources of the mo dern enterprises; the competition for talented people is the focus of the market competition; talent management is the core of the enterprise management. This te xt puts forward the talent resources development strategy of Wuhan Steel Corpora tion: that is, taking developing talent resources ability as main part, adjustin g and optimizing structure as main line; training high-class talented people as priority, then enhancing the talent impetus mechanism as a breakthrough and inno vation for motive and so on.
