摘要
研究了不同的大鼠血清样品对400~800 nm波长光的透射规律,结果表明:(1) 在同一血清采集方式下,不同运动强度的大鼠血清对光的透射规律相似;(2) 三种运动强度的大鼠血清在413.4±1.0, 538.6±1.6, 576.0±0.2 nm出现了明显的吸收;(3) 同一运动强度,不同血清采集方式的大鼠血清对光的透射规律明显不同.
This experiment studies the light transmittance laws of the different mice's serum between 400~800 nm.The result shows:(1) The transmittance laws resemble each other in serum of the different groups collected at the same state. (2) To the mice's serums of the three groups,typical absorption pearks appear at 413.4±1.0, 538.6±1.6, 576.0±0.2 nm. (3) The mice's serums of the same intention collected at the different states have the obviously different transmittance laws.
