摘要
心肌梗死能引起受累心肌电信号形成和传导异常,导致心肌电不稳定和各种心律失常的发生。及时发现哪些有发生恶性室性心律失常危险的病人和寻找有效的治疗措施具有重要的临床意义。现就心肌梗死后心电不稳定的研究进展,着重叙述了心室电不稳定的发生机制,检测指标和治疗方面的进展。
Myocardial infarction can lead to myocardial electrical instability and rhythm disturbances.People are attaching importance to identify patients of myocardial infarction at risk for serious ventricular arrhythmia and search for effective therapies.The passage reviews the advances of ventricular electrical instability,which emphasized on its mechanism and detecting technology as well as therapies.
