二尖瓣狭窄介入治疗新进展

摘要 二尖瓣狭窄的介入治疗近年来不断进步,尤其经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术适应证的不断拓宽和经皮机械装置二尖瓣连合部切开术的应用得到了广泛的关注,现就这两方面进行综述。 Interventional therapy in mitral stenosis has been developed constantly in recent years.Especially,the scope of application of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty has been increasingly wide and application of percutaneous mechanical mitral commissurotomy has been the focus of much interest.So this review will concentrate on the two aspects.
