摘要
肾素血管紧张素系统在维持水、电解质平衡,调节血压中起着关键的作用,而血管紧张素Ⅱ作为肾素血管紧张素系统中最重要的介质,对调节心血管系统的血流动力学和结构至关重要。血管紧张素Ⅱ与其特异性受体(1型受体和2型受体)结合而发挥生物作用。目前已广泛认为其大部分心血管作用是通过1型受体介导的,对于2型受体目前了解较少。现就近年来对2型受体在心血管系统中的研究进展作一综述。
The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) plays a key role in the maintenance of fluid and electrolyte balance,as well as in regulation of blood pressure.AngiotensinⅡ,the most important effector peptide of RAS,plays an important role in regulating cardiovascular hemodynamics and structure.The biological effects of angiotensin Ⅱare exerted through binding with its specific receptors-angiotensinⅡ 1 receptor (AT_1) and AngiotensinⅡ 2 receptor (AT_2).It is generally accepted that most of the biological effects of angiotensin Ⅱin the cardiovascular system are mediated via the AT_1 receptor,whereas the functions of AT_2 receptor are little known.We will review the advance in research of AT_2 receptor in the cardiovascular system.
