The Relationship Between Tetrahydrobiopterin and Endothelial Dysfunction

摘要 许多心血管疾病中存在血管内皮细胞功能异常,其机制可能为内皮细胞生成的一氧化氮(NO)活性降低,四氢生物蝶呤(BH4)是一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的辅因子,该辅因子有调节NOS功能和NO活性的作用,本文就BH4在心血管疾病中的研究作一综述。 Endothelial function disorder exists in many cardiovascular diseases,which may come from the decrement of nitric oxide.Tetrahydrobiopterin is a kind of essential cofactor of nitric oxide synthase,which can regulate nitric oxide synthase function and activity of nitric oxide.This article reviews the usefulness of tetrahydrobiopterin in cardiovascular diseases.
