The theory of customers satisfaction is the important scientific foundation that the enterprise participates the market competition, maintains and expands competitive advantage, continues to change its management system. Founds measuring the system of customers satisfaction, uses the scientific method to measure the Customer of Satisfaction Index is an effective way for enterprise gains the extraneous information, rapidly promotes own management level, realizes enterprise's sustainable development.
