摘要
领导者的心理健康直接关系到领导的有效性。领导者的心理问题如果得不到重视和及时调适 ,将直接影响其心理健康。本文探讨了领导者在不同的任职时期容易出现的心理问题 ,对其作出了理论上的分析 。
The leaders' healthy psychology is of vital importance to the effect of leadership. The leaders' psychological problems will lead to poor psychological health. So we should pay great attention to the problems and adjust them in time. This paper explores and analyses theoretically the leaders' psychological problems that appear easily during their different tenure of office, provides leaders with some methods of self-adjustment.
