摘要
人才测评在许多人事领域被广泛运用 ,本文阐述了人才测评的历史沿革 ,现代人才测评的形成、发展和运用 ,对现代人才测评技术的先进性等作了初步的探讨 。
Personnel assessment is widely used in personnel department.The paper states the historic evolution of personnel assessment,including its formation ,development and application .The progressiveness in technology of modern personnel assessment is also discussed so that people have a complete unde rstanding to it.
