An Analysis of Financing Decision in State-owned Enterprises

本文根据我国国有企业资本结构现状 ,从融资结构与资本结构之间的内在关系出发 ,分析了国有企业的筹资来源和融资决策问题。在此基础上 ,提出重新整合我国国有企业融资结构 。

In accordance with the current capital structure of our state-owned enterprises, the paper analyzes such problems as the funds raise and the financial decision proceeding from the internal relationship between financial structure and capital structure, suggests re-integrating the financial structure of our state-owned enterprises and improving the capital structure of the state-owned enterprises as the strategic selection.
