摘要
二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA),两者常混存于食物中,特别是海产鱼类的鱼油中。对人的大脑、心血管、人体免疫力等有特殊的作用和影响。本文综述了DHA、EPA的代谢机理、生理作用及开发利用。
Both DHA and EPA,which are often mixed in food,especially in the oil products of sea fish,are typically beneficial to peoples brain,immunity,and heart and blood vessels.This paper is a summary of the metabolic mechanism,physiological functions,and their development and exploitation of DHA and EPA.
