分封制的出现是历史的必然,郡县制取代分封制,也是历史的必然。郡县制深藏玄机,但必须有《封建论》提出的政治措施、军事制度和用人制度的配套、按照《封建论》深化对郡县制生存、发展规律的认识去办事,郡县制才能发挥巨大的优越性,起到促统一、反分裂,推动社会进步和国家富强的伟大作用。
