Some Reflections On the Practice of Enhancing Financial Management of Capital Construction in Colleges and Universities

当前,我国高等教育面临空前的发展机遇,在加大教育投入的同时,学校自身谋求发展的内在要求与资源相对供应不足的矛盾促使高等学校日益注重资金的统筹规划和使用效益。因此,高校加强对教育投入中增长最快、占用资金比例最大的基本建设投资进行管理,是一项刻不容缓的重要任务。

At present, the development of higher education in our country is facing unprecedented opportunities. While the investment in education is increasing, the internal command for self-development in colleges and universities is in contradiction to short of resource supply, which asks for more attention to an overall plan for funds and the profits from them. As a result, there is no time to delay the management of the investment in capital construction in colleges and universities since it has the fastest increase of educational investment and takes the largest proportion of funds.
