本文论述了信息化时代对图书馆员素质的要求,图书馆员素质的现状以及继续教育对图书馆员素质培养的必要性、重要性及施行途径。
This paper discuss the demands of librarians in the information age, the present state of librarians, the necessity and importance of librarians’ continuing education and the ways.
