Analyse and Studies on the Test Condition of the Teacher’s Common Speech Standard in the Southwestern Dialect Area

西南方言是北方方言的四大次方言之一,是湖南的第二大方言,也是一种内部一致性较高的方言,几乎涵盖了湖南怀化所有的县(市、区)。因此,通过对怀化市教师普通话水平测试状况的分析研究,揭示其存在的主要问题,探究其对策,以便更有效地指导该方言区人对普通话的学习。

The southwestern dialect is one of the four degree dialects of the northern dialect. It’s the second generous speech of Hunan and also is one kind of language that has a higher compa-tibility in the interior, which almost has covered all counties, cities and regions of Huaihua in Hunan, So, by way of analyzing and studying on the test condition of the teacher’s common speech standard in Huaihua, we can reveal the major problem of its existence and make a thorough inquiry into its countermeasure, so that we can more effectively guide the study to common speech of person in this dialect area.
